RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date.

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products
  • Non-defective products
  • New and slightly used items

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Contact Us First

If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

2. Wait for Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not ship any item back before receiving approval.

3. Return the Item

Once approved, you may return the item using any trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

Return options include: in-store drop-off, designated drop-off locations, or shipping by mail (where applicable).

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected (within approximately 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees
  • No restocking fees are charged

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo.

In such cases, there is no need to return the item. We will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
